I request for the Cancellation of my first payment and i don’t want to continue for second payment. i tried to contact with one number showing in your website but she is not speaking to me properly and she cut the line while we are talking. I tried to talk with some numbers provided in website but nobody is picking the phone. I just want to know , i need some confirmation if what is the status of my request.

Flightticketgo fraud and cheaters
I have really bad experience with Flightsticketgo. They offered cheap airfare to trap the customers and once you complete the payment they send you second invoice to complete the payment steps, so the total cost of the ticket exceeds at least 50% of the original cost. When i cancel the ticket then after that they are not receiving our calls on any number there all lines are closed and they are big fraud. Beware!!!
Please keep away from this company. They are fraud and scammer. i am still awaiting my money after 75 days. i have sent atleast 15 emails and more than 50 times call to the displayed numbers on the website during these 75 days but no response and not received my money.

Please guys donot use that website for booking, they have hidden charges by the name 2 payment, which is not mentioned before you make a payment once u make payment they come with a email by saying its just a booking to get your ticket please pay the second payment which will cost you double then the market price. What shows in the screen is less and u get attracted to it, but wen they come up with the double price you get shock and the best part is you call or text them they dont answer. If you need any information also you dont get . I was fooled for $ 212

FLITHTSTICKETGO IS DECEIVING CUSTOMERS
I was wrongly booked a flight for two flight tickets on flightsticketgo.com and requested them to change withing 15 minutes. I searched another flight and they said it is not available (even it was available). So, I searched another one, and turns out the price is only 55%. They didn’t mention about this on their website. They have my passport and my friend’s passport. I am afraid of using our passport in illegal situations.
Booking date is Thu, 01 Feb 2018, 3:13 pm, local time is 4:47 pm. I cancelled withing 1:30 hour. They said they will refund fully if I cancelled withing 12 hours on their website. But turnout it is also a lie. They keep deceiving me with emails and keep insisting me to buy another tickets. When I said I don’t want to buy another tickets, they told to wait 40-60 days to get refund. And, when they refund, they said they might charge cancellation fees. But, on their website, they said customer can cancel for free and can get fully refund if it is withing 12 hours.
I am still arguing with them to get money and now they reply with auto mail. Please help me.

I NEED TO GET MY MONEY BACK
I am requesting for the full refund of $475.71 from the ticket my Booking #428125348 for the ticket going to Tunisia that I have just purchased a while ago. Your procedure is totally misleading.
When I went into your website it show’s there that the ticket amount is only $142.71 and when I finally booked it, I have notices that the amount was changed to $475.71 when I received the message from the bank of which my ticket will never be issued when I will not pay another charge.
I tried calling your refund call center no. But nobody is answering.
I believed that this is a full refund since I have just booked the ticket and will never proceed with your service.

its a total scam. i booked for 4 tickets , they chrged me booking fees $889 and i was unable to contact them neither by email nor phone. I m so disappointed . i tried to reach a contact at their office and they kept on closing the line.
Payment Refund form Flights Ticket Go
Its been more than a month since i posted my report with regards to FLights Ticket Go.Corp. And for those people who called me and ask some advise im happy to assist you. Just i want to inform you all that I got my refund on January 15, 2018 after 45 days of making the transaction and filing dispute from the bank. I can say it was a horrible experience from this website (FLights Ticket Go.Corp.) and i advise everyone to be careful next time. Scammers STEAL your Card Too !!
BIGGEST SCAMMERS on Earth !! I booked 4 tickets from Phuket to Bangkok on Jan 8, 2018 and paid $290. I got a second invoice asking for the balance ’45 %’ amount ! I immediately sent a CANCELLATION request within 4 minutes of my ‘bookings’ ( Flights Ticket Go #4582140) and got a ‘copy’ & ‘paste’ reply that my refund will be processed in 60-70 days after deduction of $200 to 250 ! I wrote them that as per their refund policy : https://www.flightsticketgo.com/info/refund-policy, cancellations done within 15 minutes will be processed for full refund as they do not charge any processing fee for cancellations.
I told them that I will report their scamming to Law Enforcement Agencies and will post my experience online. I was asked to not threaten them.
Since, we have returned from our trip (booked directly with Airline), I will not stop exposing them until I get back my each penny from them ! What is more alarming on their site is that their payment accepting method is NOT ENCRYPTED one ! They even tried to take out another PAYMENT from my Card since they get to have your full card details ! My bank alerted me and I was saved from their attempt to dupe me once more !!
I am reporting their conduct to IC3, a complaint referral Forum of FBI and other law enforcing agencies. I CAUTION all to NOT to fall in their trap and to book your trips from trusted players on the net only. And all of you, who have been scammed by them not to sit and forget their money BUT to report to all relevant law agencies so that these scammers do not fleece innocent travellers anymore !

I just recently got involved with their modus. I’ve tried to cancel my transaction thru my bank, unfortunately it was already charge. They are insiting it depends on the airlines after confirmng my request so i could able to get the refund. It has a cancellation fee of $250-350 within 60-70 days? WTF. I’ve paid $367 for the 1st payment and the refund will just be less than $100? (If they will) i’ve tried to contact them so many times. I flooded ms narcia whose incharge of my booking. But no response. And this is stressing me out.

This seems to be a real issue as i also originally requested to cancel my booking thru email and chat after about an hour of paying thru credit card. No one is attending you in chat and once someone do, it took them hours to get to you.
Anyway, they don’t cancel the booking without fee which is actualy showing on their site that full refund is available upon cancelling within 12hrs.
It costs me 1,100 USD.
