Staff Is Very Rude​

The worst. Barely examined me. Dr. Clifford Chew;s staff were really rude.

They get mainly chinese patients so even the staff were speaking in chinese.

They made me feel really unwelcome. He misdiagnosed me. Gave me the wrong medication and had to go to two other doctors to compare.

The other two had the same results and prescriptions.

He also gave me like 2 minutes of his time. Didn’t even do a hearing test after i told him i couldn’t hear. Terrible

    If it was not for the quick response from the staff at Dr. Chew’s office I do not know what would have happened to me, my situation was dire and even ER could not help but Dr. Chew was able to see me quickly and remedy my dire situation immediately. I am immensely grateful for the quick response.

    very, very stiff rates, you feel robbed! Service was OK (simple by nature), appointment times are never on schedule, running 1.5 – 2.0 hrs behind.
    You will have a disadvantage if you don’t speak Chinese to communicate with staff.
