taken money from customers / hidden charges


I request for the Cancellation of my first payment and i don’t want to continue for second payment. i tried to contact with one number showing in your website but she is not speaking to me properly and she cut the line while we are talking. I tried to talk with some numbers provided in website but nobody is picking the phone. I just want to know , i need some confirmation if what is the status of my request.

  1. I still don't have my refund for 8months!

    I booked a local flight last January on this present year. Then cancelled the booking on the same day due to some personal reasons. I confidently booked the flight because it was stated on their website that there will be a free cancellation and full refund given that you will cancel it not exceeding 12hours from the time of booking. I cancelled my flight less than 8hours, so i was expecting for the refund. But until now, i do not have my money back to my account. I emailed them for how may times but they are not accommodating. It cost me 303.19USD for my local flight. Take note, it was only a local flight. All i thought is that i will only pay for 172.26USD as their website showed. But once you paid the amount, you’ll receive an email that it was just the 55% of the full amount. I wish i can have my refund. This was so disappointing cause the amount will be use for my medication.

    Same thing happened. The company is using false advertisement not displaying full price. I have been waiting 10 months for a refund and still not yet received one.

    I have opened a case with Federal Trade Commission

    Please take action and report it to any organisation you can
    I don’t believe I will receive the money back ever but will do whatever possible to get their website taken down

    Happend book my tickets on in Feb, they charged my card and gave me a 10 reasons why they could not issue the ticket
    the reasons very weird , they doubted if my card was genuine, etc etc
    but then i was told that the ticket was not issued and i will get a refund on my card, they bought time until May never did the refund, pls do not fall for this scam
