A few years back we bough a life insurance policy on my husband. Last year we did not receive a renewal statement until way after the due date. Fortunately we realized it and made the annual payment on time.
This year again they did not send us a statement. I called and they said they sent it, but after I called and 20 days after the due date, we received 4 statements in the mail. I tried to call them to complain and they ask that you leave your phone number so they can call you back in 25 minutes!
This company makes a TON of money but they can’t service their customers? Take your business elsewhere. The older you get the more expensive life insurance is so it makes it hard to change companies.
