It has been my recent experience that the management at Space Age Federal Credit Union doesn’t care about customer service.
I have been a Space Age FCU member for thirteen years.
My family has had two auto loans during that time.
We also have two saving accounts and four checking accounts.
My call to John Uchida the CEO to report a very upsetting encounter wasn’t returned for fifteen days.
I called to inform him of a very disturbing experience with the Golden branch manager Janice Vondra.
Janice was disrespectful to her employees and extremely rude to me.
When I did speak with John, he said that he would get back to me.
It has been eighteen days and I haven’t heard from him.
It’s very concerning when a branch manager runs member business out the door, treats employees disrespectfully and is overlooked by the CEO.
