I purchased an overwatch logo backpack from uds life.com website and received the backpack with a misplaced logo and missing a click on one of the straps.
I tried to get a refund and the website said to email. I emailed them four times and one including pictures of the backpack but a week later and no response there was also no contact number.
I realized too late this website is a scam.
I lost 35.99 on a backpack i wish to return. I would like to report this scam so no one else is a victim.

Never received Order
Ordered a sweatshirt for my son. They claim it was delivered. When I asked them for delivery information, they provided a tracking number which was for an order that was placed months before I placed my order (not my order) and was delivered to a different State. Now I cannot get an answer to any of my emails. Looks like I lost $35 ????

I purchased a SpiderMan Halloween costume for my son. I had to hope it was close to his size since the description said “one size fits most”. But it was the ONLY one my son wanted and it was only $44. I normally NEVER order without researching a company first but for some reason I didn’t this time. It was a pretty fast shipment but when it arrived I could tell it was going to be a tight fit. He wears a boys size Medium and the tag in the costume said Large so it was not “one size”. But it was VERY TIGHT and after bringing the mask up to pull over his face I realized one of the “eye’s” was practically hanging off the costume. I emailed newcookids.com immediately as that was how they stated you initiated the return process. I emailed again 5 days later after no response and again another 9 days after that deciding to add in their apparent “sister” company, udslife.com. Still nothing. Dirty hookers.

Do not buy from this company. Product is nothing like picture or what’s advertised!!! Contact info is bogus. They don’t respond to any emails! Do not buy anything from this company!!!
Scammers!!! Took my money
Total scam!! I bought $80 of stuff for my son’s birthday. They took my money and never shipped. Emails to them went unanswered. Ripped off, feeling very bitter, but need to figure out plan B in order to salvage my son’s party.
Don't make the same mistake as me guys
I got my son all excited when I paid for a Dragon Ball Z lunch bag. He counted down the days too and even after it was a couple days late I told him to give it a few more days. Meanwhile I tried to contact someone to see if it was just behind schedule and the only way to contact them is with the email provided with the conformation email. The website was no help. No one replied to my emails and the product never has arrived 20 days after the 15 days given for delivery. Now I’m going to try and get PayPal to refund the money. Wish me luck.
Item was never delivered
In July, I ordered a Minecraft backpack for my grandson.When it didn’t arrive, I wrote to UDSLIFE.COM with the order # and enquired where the backpack is. I received a prompt response in broken English, in effect, saying they would look into it.
I never heard back.
I’ve written at least 3 emails and have had no response. I must agree that this company, UDLS.com, is shady. There is no phone # to call for Customer Service, either.

Rip Off Co. THey took my money and never sent product. There is no way to contact them as they do not respond to emails and no phone number is available. I feel sorry for parents who order for their kids and its a scam.

I ordered a cosplay over 200$ and I didn’t receive anything for 2 months. I sent multiple emails and the seller replied to the first one and said that they could issue me a refund, but after that email, I didn’t hear anything else from them. Luckily I did the transaction through Paypal and was able to get my money back, but please don’t buy from this site, you’ll just get scammed.

Scam Artists Who Seel Inferior Products and Refuse to Replace/Refund
I purchased a backpack from this company which feel apart shortly after purchase. I emailed the company, sent pictures, and was promised a replacement. It has been 9 months and MANY emails later and still no replacement. They refuse to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and opened a dispute with PayPal. The next step is to file a MasterCard fraud claim. This site is a HUGE SCAM.
They are a scam
I also was scammed by the company. I ordered my son something from their website for Christmas. Three weeks after ordering I hadn’t received it. So I tried to call but they don’t have a phone number. I tried emailing and they said the product was not in stock but it will be mailed now. Even though I already purchased it three weeks prior. It still never came. I emailed again and they sent me a tracking number. Well when I tracked the package it said it had been delivered to an address in another state than I live in. I tried to email again. They never emailed back. They are a scam. Hopefully they do not get anymore money from people.

I’ve placed an order on Udslife.com november 23 2017 hoping that it will arrive by Christmas(they gave me 7-15 business days for delivery)…it did not.
I’ve tried contacting Udslife.com for a refund and they said they can only refund 10 $ out of 35$.
This is a chinese website with chinese merchendise, I was fooled by the USA address.
