Very Rude Laughed At Me And Ignored Me

Today I went into Trailhead Credit Union to deposit a money order from bank of Montreal ,the bank of Montreal has a branch campus in Chicago making it an American money order.

The female associates working were very rude laughed at me and ignored me.

Saying they won’t accept a money order from Canada.

And were too stubborn to understand it was from the American location and it just has the name bank of Montreal.

I had to call my Canadian family members and have them explain.

She still wouldn’t understand and pretended to be the manager.

If that is your manager that’s a very bad representation of your company to have someone laughing in my face and being dismissive.

She says her name was Tina. If I could rate 0 stars I would I don’t recommend coming to this location.

  2. I'll bank literally anywhere else now.

    They post your transactions out of order to charge you more in overdraft fees. THAT IS ILLEGAL. And the amount of fraud I’ve had on my account is ridiculous, obviously it isn’t very secure.

    It also took over 2 weeks to get my fraud charges reversed, so my account was negative the whole time. Countless times I’ve been traveling and had my card canceled without warning, and no one in customer service is ever able/willing to help. I’ll bank literally anywhere else now.
