Very Dissatisfied With The service
Arriving at Rocky’s Autos Inc., the gentleman who showed us around the lot was very friendly and helpful in finding the right car for a first-time driver.
He even offered to buy us breakfast and was nice to the kiddo.
Should have listened when they said “No warranty, car is sold as-is” bought it anyways, and the “Check Engine” light had turned on before I even pulled into my driveway!
That’s when it started shifting very jumpy and making a terrible smell.
We called them up and drove back down to the dealership asking to exchange for a different model and were denied.
Went to an official Mazda dealership (which was the model I’d gotten) and the Transmission was completely shot.
Repairs would cost more than the check I’d just written 2 hours ago.
Rocky’s finally agreed to see us, and made me sign a contract stating that they were only repairing my transmission as a courtesy and were not legally required to.
Even then, when I drove my car back home after said repairs, the same light popped back on.
A couple visits later, they repaired the issue by replacing the transmission completely (used, of course) and swore up and down that this is not how they do business.
Two weeks after that, I had to replace my catalytic converters for quite a pretty penny.
Very dissatisfied with the service and quality of the vehicles they sell.
Worst Comapny
I just noticed on Tom Martino’s that the Sales Manager is the top review of the company. So sad that the grandson of the owner is so desperate for reviews he places his own on the site.
These people really need to explain their hours better.

Worst car buying experience of a lifetime by the vehicle within a week it was in the shop 4 times after that I told him I want my money back and since I paid cash they told me to kick rocks the used car manager told me don’t mistake my kindness for weakness will never buy from these clowns again if you want a lemonade stand of a car go to rockys autos oh when the funny part was some outside company came out and wash the vehicle shag man is a SHAM

Be careful about buying a car from Rocky’s. Take a mechanic or someone knowledgeable about cars with you if you even go there. Or insist on having it inspected before you buy. They obviously put some stop leak stuff in the car we bought.

i just bought a car not even a month ago, before leaving, my boyfriend made sure to ask if the belts had been checked and replaced. the guy assured me that there would be no problems and everything was fine. bot even a week later my car started to make weird sounds.
it finally got so bad that i called and asked if they had checked my car before i left and if there was anything they could do for me since i was PROMISED nothing was wrong. Greg told me that there was nothing he could do, and to get it fixed somewhere. the whole conversation was very negative and the guy had a big attitude. would not ever buy a car from here again.

Unfortunately I have dealt with Rocky’s auto. When we found the vehicle we wanted to buy, they kept switching up the sales people on us to keep us on there lot. When they test drove my trade in and told me what they would give me for it. I said I wasn’t going to purchase from them, and they held my keys to my car hostage!! Until I said I was going to call the police!
we got a 2000 Ford Explorer and it seemed like a decent vehicle

the whole front end was almost falling apart, bolts missing, took it back to Rocky’s the Manager (General Manager) not really sure, but he had a attitude from the start, basically trying to say that it was my fault and why, why, why did you not let us know, well first off, I have to find time, I work a full time job, I have teenagers to run around, we were moving like a week after we purchased the vehicle, so needless to say, the vehicle was not driven much.
So after the Service Manager took a look at it, we ended up getting basically a whole new front end. new brake pads, rotors turned, I do appreciate that they did take care of the vehicle, but the point being that this should have been taken care of before you have people buy a vehicle.
I will never buy another vehicle from them, just because of the way the general manager was acting. This is very bad business. Please watch out and check things over before you purchase a car from Rocky’s Auto in Colorado

Be prepared to have your car keys taken hostage if you go in with a trade in. May I suggest calling the police. Not kidding you’ll be there for several hours asking for your keys back. I’m a mechanic and it would have cost several hundreds to fix the hidden problems in what they tried to sell me.
Rockys currently has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. That rating means nothing because the (BBB) Better Business Bureau is a scam. The BBB gives good ratings in exchange for money. Just search BBB scam in YouTube.
