They were so unhelpful, so unreliable
My previous job was as an appraiser’s assistant. He recommended his colleague, who runs/owns/somehow is involved in Residential Mortgage. I have never bought a house before.
This experience was completely foreign to my husband and me. This ordeal was a complete disaster.
Residential Mortgage has never hosted a meeting with a person.
It might not be the same when you buy a house and meet with a realtor, but I asked about going in to talk things over in person and get my questions answered.
I have never purchased a house or taken out a loan.
I was initially hesitant before I was told, “Yeah!” Although we don’t usually do this, it would be okay. Okay? It’s pretty strange.

I don’t think five-minute phone calls suffice when investing money in a property.
It was devastating to save you time. Residential was a big failure. Our realtor was furious.
Our realtor was pissed off when magic fees appeared out of the blue.
“Oh, I didn’t know there was a new program for new homeowners from the feds. It’ll only increase your percentage a little.”
The company did not investigate the HOA, and everything was supposed to close the day before.
Two hours after my father’s death, I received a call from the mortgage company.
They said that if we didn’t have another 5% by tomorrow, we would lose the chance to purchase the property.
It was almost a year ago, and I am still bitter and furious about it. This company is not one I would recommend.
They were unreliable and unhelpful. It was so aggravating that I wish they had never been called.
It was a nightmare when I first bought a home.
My friend who recommended them to me apologized profusely, and we are still friends.
He still owes wine to me forever.
