Magnetique Health

Magnetique Biotin Complex

Super fake product and company . Claims to sell you a free 30-day sample for only the cost of shipping. No fine print until AFTER you purchase where it states it will charge you monthly refills after 14 days.

After further research I learned that this monthly membership costs $89.99 a month and that the company charges you multiple times, is incredibly rude and hangs up on you when you call. I also found some other “companies” with the exact same “about us” and “miracle product” “as seen on shark tank” etc. This product was never on shark tank.

This company initially charges you TWICE from two different places: DEFINEDMALE.NET for $4.95 with tel: 877-525-4437 NM and TOTAL BEARD LLC with tel: 877-319-1417 CA

BOTH of these charges do not mention “magnetique” or have the same number or location as listed on

BUYER BEWARE! I placed my order 2 hours ago and waiting for the bank to open so I can cancel the charges !

  1. Scam or what???

I thought I was ordering shampoo from an ad on FaceBook. After entering my information, to continue it said I would be subscribed and charged $85.99 per month for some kind of vitamins. So, I did not push continue. I exited out of the page. I received two separate charges on my credit card. I disputed them. My credit card company told me to call Prime Beard at 877-576-2233 to cancel the subscription. That number was no longer in service. I received a bottle of vitamins in the mail. The packing slip had a customer service phone number on it, which is 877-217-0454. I called it, and it was also no longer in service. So, I called the phone number on the Magnetique vitamins, which is 877-201-7483. I used the automated line to cancel my subscription, but it still tried to get me to spend more money. So, I pressed “0” and actually talked to an agent. I’m still not sure if it is cancelled, but my credit card company did put a permanent block on Prime Beard and told me to keep watch of my account for future charges from another company.

  2. Magnetique Hair Growth Scam

This pop-up ad for Magnetique uses the same narrative as many other pop-up ads that claim they were on Shark Tank. They even use the same photo of the Sharks. A product that would effect a person’s endocrine system to excel that to that level, most likely will cause undersireable effects elsewhere in the body, and could potentially be dangerous. Recommend not buying into this costly scam as it has not been clincally tested & it is exempt from proper testing & approval by the FDA. Look closer at the photos tosee that the growth is merely from adding hair extensions.

    Complaint below:

Magnetique- are you aligned with Health Hair Clan? According to several scam sites, you are (along with your other false Alias LLCs)…and have been scamming consumers by falsely signing them up for unauthorized supplement renewals of $89.99…which was NEVER stated in fine print or on receipts (and receipts were never issued).

Via Instagram special, I recently (3 wks ago) purchased a “free” trial of your “Hair Growth” bottle from Magnetique. I was NOT enrolled in AutoPay, nor did I expect to be charged $89.99 two wks later (I just received the product 2 days ago). $89.99 is exactly the same cost of your non-sale price supplement.

My bank statement shows the charge is from–

    3/22/2018 Charged $89.99

    3/9/2018 Charged $4.95
This was the same name listed for your $89.99 charge!
    This company is
So, it does seem you are the same company as Healthy Hair Clan (one of your aliases)!!

…which goes to Healthy Hair Clan. After calling them, they have no account for me and claim they did not charge me. I spoke with 2 different representatives; both whom said I don’t have an account with the company, Healthy Hair Clan…which should be true, because I never ordered anything from their company name…but that doesn’t explain the charge(s) I received on my Chase statement (with the same name). They checked my name, zip code, email and credit card number…but can’t seem to find me and hung up on me when I started to probe further on their products, company and asked for a supervisor. They hire employees to lie and manipulate consumers.

Magnetique also has no easy refund process and terrorizes consumers. The company is constantly changing their name/aliases to make it hard to reach/find them. Only remedy is to call your bank and get a new credit card. Magnetique/Healthy Hair Clan should be ashamed + sued + prosecuted!

  4. Buyer beware

I canceled my order before the 14 days and they still charged me. They gave me a cancellation number and said they would email me. Never did. Had to file a claim with my bank. I was charged my Total Beard Llc. Really?!?! What a the point of canceling if they are still going to charge you? I may have to cancel my card to avoid further charges. Total scam and rip off.
