Do not go through Pacific Union Financial. I went through them to save .5 interest thinking it was going to be fine. Jon Haug assured us that everything was going to be smooth and no issues.
They sold our loan immediately and now we have to pay their company AND the company they sold us to putting us out thousands in one month.
I should have gone for the .5 higher interest rate and knew what I was getting myself into rather than this constant unknown where my loan is or who I am supposed to pay. This is unsatisfactory. Do not do it.
