Meet Curve

MeetCurve.com is scam company

Ladies, do not purchase anything through Meet Curve company. I feel that this company could be to be a SCAM and fraudulent business. In the interest of full disclosure, I cannot provide any proof.

However, I purchased the wrong way due to my negative experience and loss of money due to this company and their practices in returning an item that was not needed.

This blog post will be lengthy. Take the time to read it as much as you can because I wrote it in the hope that it will assist others not to be harmed by being forced to return something to the seller in hopes of receiving your money back, but it doesn’t happen.

I want to share my terrible experience as a former CUSTOMER of this business. Never again will I purchase from this apparent, and in my view, fraud.

This is my experience. Before I share what I’m about to tell you, I would like to let you know that I hope this will help you ladies who might be thinking about buying something from Meet. Curve to avoid falling victim to their scams like I was. >:(:(

This is my story…So I bought some swimming suits from Meet.Curve.com on the 29th of March, 2021, and received my order shortly afterward. I want to add that it took me about two weeks to receive the purchased items.

Before purchasing this company, I found a swimming suit that I loved. Because I was a bit nervous about shopping online and not knowing whether the swimsuits this company offers would suit my body type, I decided on four swimsuits in two sizes, which included a 3XL and a 4XL.

If the size I chose did not suit my body in the right way, or I wasn’t satisfied with the products I purchased, I was of the sincere intention of ultimately sending back the size(s) back which did not suit me well and keeping the one that fit me perfectly which I had already purchased. That’s fair enough. Right! My true intentions were the following.

I wear. In addition, given that many of the items you can purchase online aren’t manufactured in AMERICAN sizes, which are, in fact, true to size; however, they are manufactured in non-American sizes. Therefore, I usually purchase two measures similar to mine to give me greater peace of mind.

Also, if something doesn’t fit me correctly, which I purchase online, I usually send the items back to receive a full refund. I hope this makes sense to all of you. I hope it is for me. It is very stressful for me when I order on the internet. You never have the experience.

Sorry for any rambling sentences or repetition of everything I write. I am furious at what has happened to me and my writing. Writing is never easy for me to make right, no matter the reason. I’m hoping that everyone will be able to understand what I am saying if you read it. 🙁

So, I’m back to my rant here. In the end, when I bought the swimwear, the swimwear I purchased from this disgusting firm did not conform to my physique. Therefore, due to this reason, I decided to call Meet. Curve to inform them that I had to return the items I purchased from them in the hope that I could receive a refund.

Everyone is right on the internet about this scam company! I’ve never received an exchange or refund! The $143.96 I paid for money I’ll never get back. Although I am sure I sent the items back, I bought them originally from another website. I am devastated and depressed inside.

I even have an address for tracking to provide that my husband and I returned their items. What is equally infuriating and horrifying is that Meet Curve has accused me of getting the swimwear delivered to an address that was not even the address they provided me with to mail the returned items.

This is hilarious to me because I can tell you that when the things I planned to return were sent out via UPS (the service I chose), my husband and I gave UPS the exact address that Meet. Curve provided me with the to send their products.

Also, as I mentioned earlier, my husband was with me when I dropped the items at UPS. We both watched UPS put the things in the box and then place the packaging slip onto it.

The proper packaging. Before I shipped the packages to UPS, I copied, printed, and printed out an address Meet.Curve provided me with so that I would have the address published using my computer for UPS.

Ladies, I’m not creating this story up. I am an honest person. I would never do any act of business fraud, or even I’d never purchase an item and then not be able to return it should it not be suitable for me once I had received the product.

I rechecked the tracking number a couple of days after the package was returned. I discovered that UPS had somehow shipped the package to an unidentified location that neither my husband nor I was unaware of. This is a place that we’ve never known about or had any idea of in any way.

We do not personally know anyone or any business from this area where the packages were delivered. It only states in the tracker number the location UPS determined to send it.

There is no address or number in the tracking information to which the item came. It’s just that the tracking number states the city where it was delivered. This is not an accurate state or address we put onto the box.

My husband and I do not have an IDEA of what transpired. The reason UPS sent it to a city we didn’t ask for the returns to be sent to is beyond our comprehension.

Ladies, the point is that UPS did not have the return address and had no reason to send the returns to a city we didn’t request them to send the returns to. Then, we’re out $143.96 in our accounts.

This makes/us think about whether Meet.Curve deliberately provided me, as a customer, with an address to return the items that may not exist or is a fake address.

The address Meet.Curve provided me to send the items back as follows… The recipient’s address is JS EXPRESS RETURN/SF001: 13901 Yorba Ave Chino, CA 91710.

The address above is the address to where I returned my items. It is my word to God that this is the address that we (Myself and my spouse) provided to UPS to ship the items back to. I will not lie about it.

This means I have no REASON to keep things that I am not happy with or that don’t fit my style. I would never have any wrong motives for returning items to the CITY or State because they don’t belong to be sent in the first instance.

My husband and I don’t even know what city the items were delivered to in the first place. That is, what address to which was it provided? In essence, I’m being honest here. There isn’t any actual full address showing in the tracking information.

There is a high chance that a dishonest employee employed by UPS chose to put another shipping label over the original return label attached to the returned items since we know that delivery firms accidentally use low-life, untruthful individuals or fail to conduct better background screening of their workers.

This doesn’t make sense. Why would I be targeted for unknown motives? My situation is so bizarre that nothing regarding the personal story of my return makes sense. The only thing I can say is that my husband has run out of money, which we may never receive back due to reasons that aren’t the fault of our side.

It is true that when the package has been taken removed from our control and into the hands of the delivery company, they should be trusted to fulfill their obligations to us and return something intended to be returned to a specific place.

This package was removed from our possession, and it is not ours no longer our responsibility. It’s up to the delivery company to be truthful and complete their duty in returning the item.

In closing, ladies, consider my lengthy critique of this business warning everyone to take my suggestion and avoid this vendor. Do not spend your money.

They’re eager to take your money, but if you’re unhappy with the products they offer or unable to keep it for any reason, Meet. The curve can make it virtually impossible to return the money. My husband and I also suspect that genuine Americans don’t offer these products in America.

When you email customer support, this is the message you receive in response “Your ticket has been created. Powered by HelpDesk”. When you receive an answer or a reply to your email, you’ll get an answer with a disturbing profile image of someone who was most likely to be a fake profile picture, along with a general response.

On the other hand, the person will make it very difficult to return an item or things you plan to return. The seller stated on their website that the items must be returned within 15 days to receive the total amount.

Also, their website mentions that they have much other untrustworthy information, making them appear questionable and odd in how their words are written. I ought to have taken that as an alert at the beginning. 🙁

It is even necessary to be able to email their customer support an email in case you need to return something to receive an address for returning it. This is a bit of a snark.

A legitimate company should have its return address listed on its website. Seriously, it is strange that it’s not the case as they appear to be very secretive about not divulging their return address on the internet.

I spent $164.00 with this company. None of the items fit correctly so i sent out for a return authorization. I’ve been going back and forth with them for several weeks. The last email I received from them was asking me to accept a supposed credit to my card for $72.00 and i keep the items to simplify the return shipping. This company should be stopped from doing this and shut down.

  2. No refund

    May 2023
Don’t order from here! Poor customer service, over 2 weeks for delivery, RETURNS AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE, swim suits have no bust support – none!

  3. Return process is a joke

They tell you, you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to return the items. Well I received my swim suites on 5/15 tried them on instantly. All 3 were too small so on the 16th I contacted customer service to get return information. On the 17th they responded wanting to know what was wrong. I advised them too small need to return. On the 17th they said keep them and we will give you a partial refund and a coupon for your next purchase. So I asked what the partial refund would be? Next day the 18th they responded $23 and a $5 coupon, I promptly said no thank you, as I spent $89 on the order and again asked for the full address for the return. And now dead silence. I have emailed every day since and still as of today no response and I can’t return anything until I have an address to send them to. Scammers at best.

  4. Scam company

    Refusing return label or address

  5. Meet Curve is a scam

I ordered items from Meet Curve on April 8. I received 7 of the 9 items I ordered on April 20. I decided not to keep 4 of the items received and reached out to them to return the unwanted items and inquire about the missing items on April 21. They started to give me the runaround about returning items but since I had read on the internet that they like to give out partial return addresses I told them I would give them negative reviews on social media if they did not provide a FULL address. They did give me a return address and I sent the items I did not want on April 24 via USPS next day. I continued to go back and forth with them about the items I did not receive and they said I had to take it up with the shipping company and provided me with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me was for the items I already had. When I told them this they insisted that they sent all 9 items and they knew that because of the weight of the package and if I wanted to prove that I had not received them I would have to weigh each item and let them know how much it weighed. Well one, that is the dumbest thing I had ever heard and two, I already mailed back 4 items so it was also impossible. Long story short, I am currently in a dispute with them through Paypal, the returned items were delivered to them on April 25th and I have still not received a refund and they are still denying that they did not send two items. I spent $240 with this company and I am doubtful about receiving any refund at this point. I tried to warn people asking questions about ordering from them on both Facebook and Instagram and they have now blocked me, which explains why I didn’t see any negative reviews before purchasing from them, they block anyone who posts anything negative about them.

  6. Wish I had done more research into returns and refunds SMDH

I spent about $150 but 2 of the 4 swimsuits don’t fit right on me. I ordered on April 15th but I had to pay $25 to get them delivered quickly because I was leaving in a week’s time. I in fact did get them delivered on April 20th. I tried them on and realized 2 days before leaving that 2 of them won’t fit right on me. I had to leave for my trip but I knew I’d return with 5 days left. On May 1st, with 4 days left. I sent the email the same day. No response. Today, with 3 days left, I’ve sent 2 more replies to the original email but there’s no response. Now I don’t think I’ll get a response either. Even if I do, with these recent complaints, it seems you’re unlikely to get a valid address. So I’m screwed out of $65 dollars (not including the expedited shipping because I did get them delivered in time). I’m not like most when dealing with these Chinese companies. I try to avoid them for just this reason but they have so many beautiful options. Guess I was fooled!! I hard lesson to learn. I refuse to join in blindly buying from Shein and these other Chinese companies. Y’all know they hate Americans anyways so why support their companies. And NO, I’m not a BUY AMERICAN only person. I just refuse to deal with companies that make it difficult to communicate and do business with. The fact they don’t pay to ship for returns should’ve been my clue but I was desperate.

And to add further insult, the yacht party that I both them for didn’t happen because of severe weather in Florida. LOL SMDH

  7. Bogus return system

So I bought $125 worth of swimsuits. None fit- sizing is NOT US sizing. I went to return and sure enough the same thing happened to me as everyone has written on this site. Emails back and forth. Never giving me the address for return. Offering me a partial credit to keep the suits. Each time the total they offered went up. So I played their game…

I said if you give me $115 I will keep the suits (only losing $10) and sure enough, they said sounds good!

Sent through the credit back to my card.

So advice to everyone else, play their game.

    Make a deal.

  8. Too small & ordered normal size/ gave weird returns address

I received order & the suits aren’t long enough in torso, although I ordered my usual size & never had issues on fit with any other swim suit company. I wanted to exchange & thet gave a transaction number with no return address. Their website said don’t return to address on shipped order. So I messaged them requesting the correct address to return for exchange on a bigger size & they wrote their return address is : NY, USA 11422, that’s it nothing else! Then I ran across this scam report & am wondering what to do. This is not an address, there is no P.O. Box nothing!

    1. Never again

I’m going through the same thing with these people right now. I ordered pretty much the largest size and it still didn’t fit, plus who charges 33.00 for just a tankini top and not the bottoms too when it’s listed in the set area. They sent the same address as well.

  9. Don't waste your time or money!

I bought three items from Meet.Curve thinking I could return them if they don’t fit. Boy, I was wrong! The first thing the tankini I originally wanted was out of stock. The customer service offered to change the item, or I could wait. So I decided on a different top. I waited forever for the things to come, probably 2 1/2 weeks.

When I finally received them, I tried them on to be very disappointed. The tankini was short, and the bust area was lumpy and weirdly shaped. I also bought a peicpiecet. It was also very short, and the bust pulled everything down, making it look funny. I’m an average height of 5’5 and usually wear a 1x, 2x, or Xl, depending on the brand. I decided to return them. So I followed the directions on the website and emailed the support.

They went on and on about the price of shipping it back. They offered me a 25-dollar refund and 5 dollar coupon. I paid 82 dollars! I said no, I wanted to return. They provided 35, 45, and 55. I disagreed and demanded a return address. They sent me half an address of the city, state, and zip. ROSEDALE, NY, US 11422.

Now 6 or 7 emails into this,s they offer 62 dollars and state the following email will talk. It’s such a scam!! I don’t want this crap, and I want my money back. I’m considering taking the loss of 20 bucks and seeing if I get the refund. Pleasedon’tt from this company.

  10. Scammers

I ordered about $115. worth of bathing suits, one is great the others are too big…i started my return and literally the girl would say no problem but then forgot to give instructions and return address…I wrote back asking for that and she began begging me to just keep the suits, she would give partial refund and a 5 dollar coupon…..That triggered a suspicion in me and thus found this site…..I am attempting to get more of a refund but we shall see…either way that is NOT how a business should be run and if i dont get what i asked for i will be putting it out there on blast everywhere I can.

  11. Scam company

Back in late January I placed an order for over $250 worth of suits. None of them fit the way they were described on the site. I reached out and requested they share the shipping address to return the items. They offered me $40 and told me to give the suits to someone else. I again requested the address. After a week with no response from the company I tried shipping the order to an address I found online, the box came back to me. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a response and all they keep telling me is,
    > Our return address is in ROSEDALE, NY, US 11422
    >
    > We are happy to accept your return, If we have got your return parcel, we would be happy to refund your money
Buyer beware. This company lies and plays games with its customers.

  12. DONT BUY FROM THIS CO.

SCAMMERS WHO WILL NOT HONOR RETURN POLICY. TRYING TO GIVE ME A COUPON AND TELLING ME TO GIVE SUIT TO A FRIEND. ONLY ABLE TO SHARE.

  13. Horrible company

Ordered 5 items from them. They don’t fit. I reached out day I got them to start the return. They will not give me the address to return them and offered me 28 dollars. My order is over 160. They will no longer respond to me. Do not order from them.

  14. Do not order from this scam of a company

I spent almost $200 dollars and when one of my orders arrived with the outer packaging in shredded which the USPS mailcarrier also noted in the system upon delivery they refused to accept my return even thought the interior packaging and contents were all in tact. They take several days to respond to your return request and string you along maximum is 15 days for a return. Save your money don’t wast your time buy from here while the website seems legit the service is horrendous and the quality is not up to par on the items.
