Gold Financial Services
Worst ExperiencesWorking with Gold Financial Services. Chalamaine Armstrong was the worst experience I have ever had.
We did everything she asked and returned all the required paperwork and 1 week later we still hadn’t received a response about our approval.
We went with a different lender who was responsive, professional and understood the concept of customer service.
We were approved the same day with the new lender.
I followed up with Chalamaine when it was clear she no intention of following up with us.
She didn’t apologize for dropping the ball and completely ignoring our application.
Applying for a mortgage is a time sensitive and important matter and your lender should treat it as such for each and every client.
To completely forget/ignore a client that was waiting is unfathomable to me.
I would get fired if I treated my clients the way she treated us.
Go somewhere else where you’ll find a lender that values your business and keeps their word.
Now my family and I are so happy in our new home.
I was a difficult case but David, Jani and Sandra all worked hard to get my mortgage done. They were very patient with me and all my questions. They kept me informed all along the way.
They made sure i understood what was going on, what the next steps were. It was an absolute pleasure working with each of them. Now my family and I are so happy in our new home.
You'd be crazy to go anywhere else!
Our landlord sold our house and gave us 30 days! Instead of finding another place to rent, we decided to buy. We started working with Scott… then Jani Mansour took over. 30 days to get approved on a loan, find a house, close on the house and get moved is nearly an impossible feat…
especial in this market. I can honestly tell you it would not have happened without Scott & Jani and their team! I can’t say enough about how much they helped it happen. They really cared about us! That’s pretty rare these days. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else!
Never Again
My experience with Jerry Holcomb of, part of Gold Financial Services, was terrible. Both the officer at the title company and the broker on the house sale agreed. Investigate before you use this man.
