Frost Bank
Customer ServiceFrost Bank has published hours that are being circumvented until September 12.
Until then, all Houston area locations close at 4 o’clock, even the drive-through windows that are supposed to be open until 6:00.
Instead, the bank should have kept regular business hours with half or 2/3rds of their staff, giving employees whole days off instead of an extra lousy hour.
We customers would not have minded longer lines to get to a teller window.
That would’ve been much better than to be greeted with locked doors.
At a minimum, they should have sent an email warning about the shortened hours.
I called customer service, and their only excuse was to say that it was on their website.
Customers shouldn’t have to double check websites before they visit merchants.
Frost prides itself on being a Texas bank.
As the old Texas saying goes, if you’re not there when I need you, then I don’t need you.
Time to change banks.
