Community Tax Relief
My tax problems surged after Community tax pitched inThis is a huge mistake and no company with such experience will ever do that. The clients are like nuggets to this company. They don’t matter. The only thing that matters to them is money. Community tax relief proved that to be the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with.
I paid this company to work on both the IRS and state tax. I know that these two are two different things and need separate attention. That is the reason why I paid them for both of them. The first representative that I spoke with told me that he would take care of them. He did resolve the problem with the IRS and they stopped bugging me.
Later when I read the email, I came to know that what all Community Tax did, was Offer in Compromise. However, I don’t get any income tax. According to the email the case was resolved but it wasn’t. As the email said that they would still be taking taxes from me. Moreover, the rep did not even work on the state. I had to mail some information to my attorney now as he would be taking care of the state.
So, I paid this company as well as I had to pay my attorney for the same job. I tried to contact their other rep before talking to my attorney. It is not that I did not waited and give up on them. I messaged the other rep and he waited for 2 weeks before acknowledging the same. He should be the one to apologize but all he said that they did get my offer in compromise.
I paid these people $5000 and I am still paying them. After all these problems, state wants me to pay $206 every week. I have been dealing with community tax for a year now and have paid extra $2000. And, they haven’t come to any conclusions. I have given them a lot. In a year, I have almost spent $10000 on them to get the offer in compromise for only IRS.
Every time I tell them the problems, they would keep sending me the attorney forms to sign.
When I told them about the state taxes of $206 per week, they again assigned me an attorney. They should have assigned a different attorney for state so that both of these problems could have been resolved simultaneously. However, they did not.
I waited for them to do something about it. Not just that, I was told that I should remain complaint to the tax payment for ensuring that the resolution does not default. But there isn’t any question about it. I pay taxes and do my due diligence. My resolution should not default.
I am 63 and I am sick of telling them and remind them their duties towards a senior citizen like me. They are the first to ask for money which I pay them on time. But, when it comes to provide a resolution, they do not think it’s important at all.
