Pump and dump promotion company
I purchased their “Crisis Investing” subscription and 8 days later when I realized I had been duped they refused to refund any of the $2295 i paid. I purchased this “subscription” on April 28th, 2018. I paid them a whopping $2295 on my credit card. 8 Days later when I realized that this was nothing more than a smoke and mirrors play I contacted them for a refund. To which I was politely told to go pound sand. This ‘company’ touts themselves as the go to place for all things financial, among other things they use fear to dupe unsuspecting people into buying their program.
They recently posted a “Marijuana Millionaire Summit” webinar touting the Canadian soon to be legal for recreation pot play. The stocks they ‘recommend’ are the same ones they ‘recommended’ back in January and of the 6 of them 4 are pink sheet over the counter pump and dump stocks. This whole company is simply a churn and burn promotion machine designed to scare people into giving them money based on their ‘expert research’. Do not, under any circumstances, invest with this company in any manner what-so-ever.
They will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. I thought Doug Casey was a stand up guy… I read lots of good things about him online but it turns out he’s nothing more than a charlatan and fraud, he’s never done anything remotely honorable with his life and now he’s simply decided to rest his head under the rocks with all the other scummy predators out there. I have been summarily brushed off by Casey Research and told “too bad, we got your money and there is nothing you can do about it now” and that is not right. They should have some honor and issue a refund.
DO NOT have anything to do with this company. I have been fighting them for a YEAR to recover $3199.00 that I paid to them AND RECEIVED NOTHING IN RETURN.

In February of 2020, I sent $3000.00 as an investment to Casey Research. I never received A SINGLE THING! Subsequently, there was also a charge of $199.00 for some sort of subscription that I never received.
After being contacted by my Capital One Credit Card Company and told that Casey wanted to renew my subscription and needed my new Capital One number, I sent Casey the information that I wished to UNSUBSCRIBE!! The Casey request to Capital One was refused, UNTIL YESTERDAY, when SOMEBODY at Capital gave them my new number and LET THE SUBSCRIPTION GO THROUGH!!!!!!
You need to be aware that Casey will try to get your new number 2-3 times every week. THEN, someone at the Credit Card Company will give them the new number. BEWARE!!!!

Refund Policy a Scam
Ordered the service on 5/18/20 and after reading their garbage research on 5G I attempted to cancel on 5/20/20 as they have their Iron Clad 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. I sent multiple emails and called several times with no response. I then disputed the charge on my credit card which they fought and won by sending my credit card company a terms and conditions page stating I did not try to cancel. I have proof that I send email, etc. attempting cancel which I may have to send to my bank as Casey research is still fighting refunding my money. I have been in contact with them via phone now 3 times and have been told they cannot refund my money as it is past the 60 day period. Its past my 60 days because they have ignored my calls and emails attempting to cancel. This place is 100% scam. If they need to scam people out of $49 to earn their money how good do you think their research is???

Pain for refund
As a Platinum Member for some time, one of their services was recently discontinued and they would not give me at least a partial refund. They want to make it up by forcing me to subscribe to other services from other publications… which they have been promoting to do anyway for a year in general.
If you are already subscribed, pay attention to your credit card as “auto renewal” is no joke. Make sure you log the date you subscribed and cancel as the anniversary date approaches.
I would not recommend using their full suite of services although they will manipulate you into doing so. Stick to one service only and if you don’t like it, just cancel. You might loose some money on your subscription but you will not loose any more $$$ in the long run.

They took my money ($4,000) for lifetime access and then denied access and blamed it on their parent company, Legacy Research Group. Now I am forced to dispute with credit card company since they will not let me access their web site.

Fraudently charged me 99$. Never even heard of Casry resesrch or their services. Visa confirmed the fraudulent charge and refunded me.
Do not buy
Do not buy this scam. I purchased the program which was a 2 year subscription. It automatically renews after 2 years of which is $2000. I called a year prior to cancel. Well the 2 year date came up and I was charged another $2000. I called the second I got charged and told them I cancelled the year before. They say they had no record of any cancellation and refused to reimburse me. This company is dog shit. Stay far away from them. As I have read reviews I am not the first.

I thought Mr. Casey was a decent guy, but he is nothing but a rich CON Artist. This is just like any other rip off on how to get rich in the stock market. You pay lots of money and they give you a couple of stocks to invest, some have a horrible finance history on the brink of disappearing. Beside this, all you are going to get is excessive upselling and email spamming in abundance so you can give them more money for other products. All advertising is hardselling. Similar to 1980’s style.
For example, one of the several products they advertise for more money claim they have a system call S force. You can time the market and have the potential to make 10,000x more money in the stock market. But it is a secret! So don’t tell your neighbor! You have to give them thousands of dollars more for this secret. I did not get into this because everything looks and sounds like a scam. If they really have this, any hedge fund will give millions, China will give you Billions for this!
Why do they want to give this secret for my pennies?

They earn greatly on your expensive subscription money, secondary they sell their stake when they realize that there are no buyers for their promoted “ ten bagger stock”. (Note to scammers: 8:30 AM Central Time is 9:30 Eastern Time….so you SHOULD be answering your damned telephones.

Casey Research is SCAM – a joke. They will not refund any monies – stay away. I have been on the phone with them and with my credit card company.
Odd they will not allow me to cancel my membership and will not allow me a refund because the charge was in dispute. The credit card company did it’s due diligence but due to the contract I cannot recover my money so it is no longer in dispute. This company needs to be shut down – let everyone know it is nothing but smoke and mirrors and will rip you off.
