Casey Research

Pump and dump promotion company

I purchased their “Crisis Investing” subscription and 8 days later when I realized I had been duped they refused to refund any of the $2295 i paid. I purchased this “subscription” on April 28th, 2018. I paid them a whopping $2295 on my credit card. 8 Days later when I realized that this was nothing more than a smoke and mirrors play I contacted them for a refund. To which I was politely told to go pound sand. This ‘company’ touts themselves as the go to place for all things financial, among other things they use fear to dupe unsuspecting people into buying their program.

They recently posted a “Marijuana Millionaire Summit” webinar touting the Canadian soon to be legal for recreation pot play. The stocks they ‘recommend’ are the same ones they ‘recommended’ back in January and of the 6 of them 4 are pink sheet over the counter pump and dump stocks. This whole company is simply a churn and burn promotion machine designed to scare people into giving them money based on their ‘expert research’. Do not, under any circumstances, invest with this company in any manner what-so-ever.

They will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. I thought Doug Casey was a stand up guy… I read lots of good things about him online but it turns out he’s nothing more than a charlatan and fraud, he’s never done anything remotely honorable with his life and now he’s simply decided to rest his head under the rocks with all the other scummy predators out there. I have been summarily brushed off by Casey Research and told “too bad, we got your money and there is nothing you can do about it now” and that is not right. They should have some honor and issue a refund.

  1. Sad

Its sad but there are so many similar scams where the real test is if they can dupe you into subscribing to their newsletter.

I have a great piece of advice that will make and save you lots of money. Don’t fall for these doom and gloom scams. The world is not ending.

You can get Warren Buffets’s entire portfolio for free. If it is good enough for Warren it’s good enough for me.

  2. I guess I just got ripped for2,000

Bought the “stock” indicated for $2,000.
They are very convincing. Why aren’t they
Being invested? People like me can barely get by on what we have.

  3. THIEFS!!

Totally unethical company. I cancelled my subscription 3 to 4 days PRIOR to renewal by e mailing them several times. They still went ahead and charged my card for the $129.00!!.

Subsequently, during a phone conversation they promised me a partial refund of $105.00 however they never credited my account. I contacted them again and the have reneged on this. I spoke to their management and they were very rude and refused to credit my account!! I will pursue my money.. STAY AWAY FRIM THESE THIEFS!!!

  4. Casey Research scam

Casey Research is a rip off. Don’t pay for the service. They don’t communicate news or corporate actions that would cause massive declines in prices. I’m sitting here after joining 6 months ago and I’m in the hole far more than the cost of the service. Reason being is that I joined a few months after the service was initiated and all the picks have jumped. Casey doesn’t explain this prior to joining so performance is all downhill after you fork over the money. After calling and emailing half a dozen times it is apparent they do not stand by their service at all and are totally unwilling to admit to their fraud and provide refunds even after providing the facts to them. Customer Service is useless, trained just to say no, not trained to discuss the picks nor is anyone able to discuss the recommendations. So unless you want to see your investments decline and not have anyone provide any information or communication regarding the subscription, then move on to a reputable service provider. Once Casey gets your money, all bets are off. The folks at Casey are masters at manipulation.
