WJ Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC

This Company Was Horrible

As a home seller run if your buyer wants to use WJ Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC as their Mortgage Lender.

My closing got delay 2 different times because they found problems with the loan on closing day!

Not to mention, we finally did close, however this horrible company thinks its appropriate to fund the loan 2 days after closing.

Well if they do this with enough loans that is a lot of interest they can collect at the expense of both the buyers and sellers!

Overall, my experience with this company was horrible! All I can say is run as far as possible if any part of your home sale involves this company!

  1. I tried for several weeks to resolve the matter with the company with no response.

I was in the process of purchasing a new home in the Denver, CO area. My agent suggested using this company. They promised me the mortgage and even had a very difficult closing scheduled (2 different locations & 2 different times). The purchase of the home fell through due to their incompetence’s and I lost several thousand dollars of earnest money.

When I confronted my senior loan officer and her assistant; they admitted to me and my agent that their company was at fault for mishandling the loan documents. I tried for several weeks to resolve the matter with the company with no response.
