Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 9:30 on a Wednesday morning.
The front desk person who i spoke with failed to put it in the booking system, so I showed up to the clinic and the front desk staff said that I did not have an appointment.
They were very rude even after I showed them the phone call and explained all of the intake questions that I answered to book.
They put me off on another doctor who I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to see.
I explained to the front desk staff on the phone and in person that I had to be at work at 10:30 and asked multiple times if I would have enough time.
Each person I spoke with assured me that I would have plenty of time to get adjusted and to work on time.
The nurse who led me to the back, walked off without telling me where to go so that I was left standing in the middle of the clinic without knowing what to do.
While sitting in the back I heard the doctor that I would be seeing walk by and tell a nurse to “get this guy taken care of quick, he’s an attorney & sends us lots of business”.
After explaining my back issues to Dr Brown, I was asked to once again go to another waiting area where I sat for another 15 minutes waiting on an x-ray.
At 10:40 (10minutes after I was told my appointment would be over) I was still sitting in the waiting room.
A nurse told me that she could write me a note. I own my own business.
A note does nothing to take care of the clients that I have scheduled and had to move in order to accommodate Broadway Clinics poor customer service and time management.
I left at 10:45 without getting an adjustment.
