Sun East Federal Credit Union’s online banking and customer service is terrible.
I was on the phone for early 2 hours today (1:37) because the site was acting funky when I was trying to make my payment.
The representative that called me back was very passive aggressive. She was speaking over me and cutting me off…As of If wasn’t already aggravated .
I had to drive to my sisters house because apparently there site isn’t compatible with safari ??
She told me it was my devices , I said so it’s all the devices (I tried using 3) am using and impossible to be the website?
Anyway I told her I just want to make my payment , she told me they only take payments over the phone if the account is delinquent.
This is horrible … completely unacceptable. I’m a CUSTOMER, I don’t want to hear your company jargon about how your going to make a ticket for the tech to inspect the site and cookies and blah … I want to call and have my issue resolved.
Make a ticket, make 10 TICKETS ! that means crap to me…. i just want to pay my bill, why is that so hard? Ha the only company I ever have a headache trying to pay not to mention the attitude.
Time to settle our balance and be done with them.
