Entered Sammons Income Tax’s office to a woman who didn’t even greet us, but just told us to fill out the form. I had a 9am appointment, first of the day.
2 other clients entered after me while I got to enjoy listening to NCIS blare in someone’s office. I don’t even keep the volume of my tv that loud.
Employees came and went, no one made eye contact. No one said anything nor greeted my husband nor myself.
I then sat staring at the over personalized tiny waiting room, filled with asian brick a brac to the extreme and only 3 chairs.
The other 2 clients also had 9am appointments, they were called back ahead of us.
After 20 minutes of being ignored and THEM being late for my appointment, I decided to leave.
Then some woman comes running out after us saying she’s ready. I told her “too late.” I think it was the one watching NCIS.
Lastly, they only had one handicap parking space which one of the Sammons employees claimed.
I have a broken leg and walking on crutches, could have used that spot.
This company was recommended to me by several of my fellow co-workers.
I trust their judgement in most things as they are not the type of people to give bad advice, apparently they had better experiences with this company, but I live and breathe customer service and I know what is great, good and pathetic.
This place gets pathetic all day long in my opinion.
