Banco Popular should close all if its branches in the US excluding the ones in PR, I guess. Its horrible customer service, lack of empathy with its own customers, archaic technology and old school website is sadly something to laugh about.
They could care less about loosing loyal customers that has been having businness with them over more than a decade.
When you compare the services and advantages this bank has to offer with other modern banks, I can’t believe the top people of this bank don’t feel embarrased.
Felicia and Jessica gave a horrible customer service over the phone, with attitude and making me feel I did something wrong instead of helping and offering alternatives.
NEVER open an account with this Banco Popular US, you will regret it. Look at all the reviews not only on yelp, google them and you’ll see.
