Reliable Credit Association

Honesty Doesn't Matter

I do NOT recommend Reliable Credit Association for a loan.

After years of being within good standing with them, when our car started falling apart, we wanted to continue paying off our loan to remain in good standing and keep our credit rating good, instead they basically said “screw you.”

Honesty doesn’t matter here and in the end you still might get screwed.

  1. They are practicing fairly to the customer.

I would like t to recommend the government to investigate this company practice as soon as good. they are not a legitimate business. They are practicing fairly to the customer.

  2. They will gladly help you while they've got your money coming in.

They will gladly help you while they’ve got your money coming in. Traded in the vehicle they were financing, received my paid in full letter. The letter stated I could get a refund for GAP and other services from the dealer and to contact them for assistance if I couldn’t work a deal with the dealer within 45 days.

Time is coming up and the dealers refund person is not going to be there for 2 weeks. I call reliable credit and have the phone answered by someone who definitely doesn’t like their job. Didn’t open with there name and would barely let me get a word in edgewise after finding out the account had been paid!

  3. This company is the worst.

If I could give negative stars I would. The way they charge interest is like a title loan company. They take almost half of my payments for interest and when I called to pay it off with my credit card they will not let me. The guy on the phone was so smug and rude.

I have never in my life dealt with someone so rude. If I can give any advice from my mistakes it is: no matter how bad you want the car it is not worth the way this company will help you get it! I will pay back over $20,000 on my $12,000 loan by the time I’m done. This company is the worst.

  4. Scammer

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is worthless and doesn’t have your best interest in mind at all.
