It my second was probably worse customer service.

I’m a big supporter of local businesses and from time to time pop in. Last week I like two painting and asked a lady for help. She said she’d be right there but a min later I see her walk by me and stand behind the desk. I wait hope my shed return and when she doesn’t I approach her again. She finally comes and takes off the paintings and hands them both to me and walks away. She doesn’t even help me find a spot to place them so I can examine them, I’m left standing w 2 painting a trying awkwardly to balance them and examine them. It was so bizarre- zero customer service. Doesn’t even return to see if I needed anything else. I though if I didn’t want them do I just place them on the floor and then walk away. Any how I get them and needless to say she wasn’t pleasant through out the transaction. I return days later to pick them up and explained to the man working there I was picking up painting I bought a few days ago. He speaks loudly and says ‘what’??!! I repeat myself and the abruptly asked if I payed for them already. It made me feel as if I was trying to be shady. I was really hoping the first experience was a one off. It my second was probably worse customer service. Sad

    Extremely rude customer service.

    Extremely rude customer service. Miss Pixie (owner) was very rude and there’s a strong possibility she farted on my girlfriend and I on purpose.

    I was told to check out Miss Pixie's because I was looking for a specific piece of furniture.

    I was told to check out Miss Pixie’s because I was looking for a specific piece of furniture. To be honest, I wasn’t impressed by the furniture or the store itself. However, people love this place and you might as well. I like ultra modern and new pieces and that is why I think my expectations weren’t met.
