I called before 1:00pm to check on what my warranty covers and they had me wait on hold and transferred me to the wrong department and now that it is 1:10pm on a Saturday I have to wait for Monday.

I regret purchasing my extended warranty from this company.

This will be my last car loan with them.

    The worst, pulled my credit, have a 680 fico and perfect banking history. They DENIED me for a savings account, beware. Makes me wonder why.

  2. This Credit union is the Most Bias unprofessional place I have ever encountered.

    This Credit union is the Most Bias unprofessional place I have ever encountered. They would not give me overdraft protection because i was late on a personal loan.. That I have since PAID OFF! They are Rude Liars with no professionalism at all.

    They talk over you and are not eager to assists you with anything. When you ask to speak with a Manager they give you someone from an answering service…

    Please stay Far away from this place I will be closing my account tomorrow on . After being a member for 12 years They Suck!! Dominique the assistant Manager.. here is a Tip GROW some balls and be more knowledgeable about what the issue is besides saying you don’t know..

  3. Especially the deceased department. Run to another credit Union

    DO NOT put your money in this bank. Here is why: My mother had her account here and added me onto her account 8 years ago to assist in managing her money, if necessary. It became necessary, unfortunately,when my mother passed away, but since I was on her account, it should have been easy for me to handle her estate affairs…

    NO. The deceased department is the worse ever and the checks I was writing ON AN ACCOUNT I WAS ON were constantly getting bounced. The attorneys fees, her Georgia power bills, the waste bills you name it. My name was on the checks and the account yet they have a system that will refuse bills with the deceased name on it.

    They recommended that I change all the bills OVER TO MY NAME. Really? They do not take a check signed by me with my name on it because the bill is in my now deceased mothers name? They do not give families any grace period to take care of estate matters and constantly block you out of the online banking because it was labeled a deceased account.

    I am also on the account and not deceased, they high jack your money and online access to your information. Over and over. When you call for the 6th time to get them to correct it yet again, you get blocked again. It all appears in retaliation. .

    Here is the thing, if you ever have an account here and someone dies…They just can’t handle it. Very unprofessional on the phone. Lots of sass and talk back. Especially the deceased department. Run to another credit Union…Seriously.

  4. After multiple requests to speak with Dominique supervisor

    I have had THE WORST experience with your member services team. I called last week because my business card was stolen, used WITH my PIN and your agents have been rude, unprofessional, un or non empathetic towards this situation. I have been on a 1 hour call to try to figure out the status of this since no one has called nor emailed me regarding this.

    Your agent Dominique has been nothing but rude, curt and sarcastic with me during this process. I was simply asking the overdrafts as a result of the fraudulent transactions to be reversed and she began to patronize me and just plain RUDE causing me to step outside of my character and lash out.

    I do want to thank AK for being so helpful, kind and lending an ear as I was VERY upset and concerned about someone knowing my pin and having my card info!!! After multiple requests to speak with Dominique supervisor, she said they out of town and refused to give me their names which I now know to be Angela and her supervisor is Tim.

    After this is resolved, I WILL be closing ALL my accounts and alerting EVERYONE I know how HORRIBLE and unprofessional your member service team is!!! I did NOT expect this from a Credit Union.
