This staff sucks! They won’t do their job. Husband had a stroke. Was told that they can’t call for his medical records from the Clovis Medical Group that me or my husband had to request a copy from the hospital.
Called the hospital & was told that if the Dr’s office called they would fax the records to the office.
Left a message at the Dr’s office about them requesting for records. Dr’s office still hasn’t requested the records.
My husband needs to see a neurologist. Nurse practitioner requested a referral for a neurologist.
Been 2 months & still no appt for a neurologist. Called the referral dept & was told that on Dec 20th they sent a referral to the neurologist.
Called the neurologist office & was told they sent the referral back to the Clovis Medical Group on Jan 8th stating they needed the hospital records before they would/could see my husband.
Well today it’s been 2 months since his stroke & still can’t get anyone from the Clovis Medical Group to help.
How does this office stay in business? How does the staff keep their job? Incompetence at it’s best!!!
