BPM
Customer ServiceWe’ve been clients of BPM for over a decade (starting back when it was a much smaller, local firm).
Yesterday, we received a certified letter stating that they had done a business review of clients and can no longer work with us.
It was a very harsh letter. My guess is that they were trying to say that they are now a big CPA firm and we are too small of clients to be worthwhile for them.
Fair enough, but the delivery of this message was rather brusque.
You’d think that after this long, the individual we worked with at BPM would have picked up the phone to talk to us and tell us why they were “firing” us. Nope, just a form letter.
I don’t think it’s wrong to move on from clients, but there is also a way to thank the client for being such a loyal customer over the years and politely terminate the relationship.
Good Service
I worked with Steve Mayer on a difficult and complicated bankruptcy case a few years ago and he was great–snatched victory from the jaws of defeat–the company successfully reorganized around a huge bank debt and has never looked back
Definitely will not recommend them to other ppl.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Was not impressed when I met the owner of the whole company. He seemed like he was too good. Definitely will not recommend them to other ppl.
