Customer ServiceSovereign Bank is just mind numbingly slow. I have yet to arrive where there were not a lobby full of people (with 2 tellers) Most banks might take this as “loyal customers” we see it as you need more tellers for this location.
The upgrade to the exterior is beautiful, I’m admiring it most days as I’m waiting in the line that is going out the door.
I have spent less time in a grocery checkout line than I have here on most occasions.
Why do they have a drive up teller if it’s never open. When it is, the teller is usually busy with the lobby customers. for a bank that charges so many fees on lateness and non availability, when can we as customers charge for our time.
I have been given hand written deposit slips because the system was down, I have had to wait extremely long because the system was down, I have had to use the inside atm because the outside atm was down.
There are more things wrong with this location than right. Why come here, unfortunately it is closest to my house.
I’ve worked in customer service so I know that not every transaction goes as smoothly as it should but, this is ridiculous.
In the year of 2014, I feel like it’s 1995 all over again whenever I step into this location!!! FIX IT!
