I attempted to schedule my annual physical by phone and was told that I had a “no call no show” for August 2017 that needed to be settled.
I’ve been a patient at Little Rock Family Practice Clinic-Central for over 10 years, so I am well aware of the policy.
However, I am also certain that I never scheduled and missed an appointment.
The fee is not the issue, however the level of customer service that I was provided was beyond ridiculous and unprofessional.
With as many options as people have for healthcare, this clinic should take a real tough analysis of why patients leave.
From all of the comments that I read, the doctors are amazing; but the support staff is uncaring and shows zero empathy for the patient’s concerns.
I understand that not everyone is honest, but you guys should also understand that not everyone is dishonest.
If anyone had even attempted to survey my account and see how long I’ve been a patient.
The least that could’ve been done is giving me the benefit of doubt, apologizing, and advising me that going forward I would be responsible for any “fee” that was assessed on my behalf.
There was no resolution and the operator on the other end of the phone had a “I could care less” attitude and basically accused me of not be intelligent enough to recollect what happened in the past.
I have TOO MANY OPTIONS for professional healthcare to be treated so poorly, and starting today, I will use one of those options.
