The customer service experience at Dr. Marsha Nunley’s office has been a huge hassle for me.
I have emailed 3 times and left a voicemail asking to have an itemized copy of my bill sent to me so I can re-submit it to my insurance (and be reimbursed $375) and Dr. Nunley’s office has not bothered to respond.
This is consistent with their lack of response a few months ago when I emailed at least 3 times and left at least 3 voicemails asking for the results of a lab test.
I’m left with the impression that Dr. Nunley’s office is really inattentive.
Also, during my visit to Dr. Nunley’s office she checked her phone for text messages!
