I found Dr. Marsha Nunley’s customer service to be a significant hassle.
I have sent three emails and left a voicemail requesting an itemized copy to be sent to me to re-submit my bill to my insurance.
I was reimbursed $375. Dr. Nunley has not responded.
This is in line with my lack of response a few months ago when I emailed at least three times and left three voicemails requesting lab results.
I am left feeling that Dr. Nunley’s office is inattentive.
During my visit to Dr. Nunley, she also checked her phone for texts!
This website explains that doctors are legally required to provide a free electronic itemized copy to patients’ bills.
