Negative Experience
You all act like a bunch of door-to-door salesmen. EXTREMELY pushy. Always trying to close the deal. Your focus is more on the deal than the customer.
When comparing you against another lender it was night and day difference.
While you push and push to close the deal the other lender went out of his way to explain all of the options and walked me through all of the variables to make sure that I fully understand the process and that I am comfortable with my decision.
He treated me like a human being. CityWide treats me like their herding cattle, just another number to meet the quota.
One last thing, I’ve spoken with several people that have either worked directly with you or have known someone who works with you and I honestly haven’t heard one single compliment.
They either have nothing good to say or they had a very negative experience.
I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt but honestly, I couldn’t recommend you to anyone.
In fact I’d do my best to help someone avoid working with you in the first place just to avoid the hassle.
