Worst ServiceWe have been working with Xcel Financial Services for over 5years to manage taxes and accounting services with Lucy and her assistant Miriam.
Office is nice but worst service I have experienced.
Lucy which is the accountant is VERY difficult to get a hold of, when trying to speak to her via-phone the office NEVER transfers calls to her – she is either not there, on the phone with a client, in a meeting, or either left early for the day and ALWAYS end up speaking her to her assistant (Spanish speaking with a little English) since she’s never available.
We’ve dealt with this since we didn’t know who to go to for accounting services.
I’ve given up with this company and decided to move on to another accountant.
I do not recommend this company for accounting services.
You will have broken promises made to you that work will be started then a couple months later they say they are backed up and they will soon start your job.
If you want someone to get the work done on time, I do not recommend this company.
Their was a language barrier between us and the assistant which made it difficult to understand especially when it came down to IRS issues that we were resolving.
This office has the worse customer service.
This office has the worse customer service. They make you wait forever, even if is only to pick up your paper work. They should invest in a secretary to handle this things. They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in.
They need to understand the importance of customer service.
