Trellis Company
Employees are rude at Texas GuaranteedA lady called me a few days ago, but she was unwilling to give her name.
The vulgar lady did not hear me. I informed her that I wouldn’t divulge any personal information until I knew the company’s name for which she worked. Sarah was her name.
It was her dummy name, I could see.
But, I insisted on learning more about her company. I ended the call because she was persistent.
She called me again. She wasn’t going to give in. She assured me that she would give me all details if I gave her my name, date of birth, and other pertinent information.
I was tired. According to my time, it was about 5:0 in the morning.
I had an appointment to attend in the afternoon. I needed to get some sleep, and the lady calling herself Sarah was bugging me.
I explained to her that it was not convenient for this kind of conversation at the moment and asked her to call me after a few hours.
I gave her the time at my address. She continued, but she didn’t acknowledge what I had to share.
It was insulting. She had both my mobile and home numbers.
I could not get out of bed to call my home number, which she called whenever I disconnected my mobile phone.
I gave her my date of birth and name. After verifying these details, she said she was calling me on behalf of Texas Guaranteed, to whom I owed a certain amount.
It would shock you to learn that $5 of that debt was not overdue.
The amount borrowed from this company was repaid in less than a month.
I deserved at least some sleep and courtesy, despite her constant harassing me.
These are not the only companies I’ve dealt with, but this was the first time someone bugged me for $5 before the due date.
She wanted me to know that the due date was nearing and that I would be fined if I didn’t pay. You get called at 5 AM to find out that you owe $5. Can you picture that?
This company is a complete scumbag. Texas Guaranteed is not a company I will use again.
This lady is either not a good person or has been taught to be a pain in her ass. Pay attention to the language.
However, I did not intend to sue them for disrupting my time for any important reason.
It happened twice in the same week. I had to pay off the debt well before the due date to avoid being called.
Because I didn’t want anyone to disturb my sleep, this company is full of crap and bogus.
