The Good Feet Store

Not Satisfied

Went to the Greenwood location.

When I arrived, no other customers in The Good Feet Store.

Ted had me to walk on a piece of carbon paper.

He then told me that I have weird shaped feet.

Went to the back and brought back a pair of inserts.

Without explaining…..he ripped the insoles out of my brand new pair of shoes, inserted the inserts and told me that would be $299 plus another $25 for a new pair of insoles.

No cash refunds of any kind are allowed, only store credit.

If you are not satisfied, why would anyone spend that kind of money back into the establishment.

  2. I entered a good feet store on 6/30/2021. I was talked into buying. Tara took a impresion of my feet. I was told I had arch problem and needed 3 arch supports. I tryed wearing them like I was told. But I would have to take other shoes, because the arch support hurt my feet, my feet would cramp and my knees (both knees) would swell. I do not want to keep them. Tara also said to just wear the relaxers only. But how is that going to do anything?
