Tenleytown Ace Hardware
Tenleytown Ace Hardware is Bad ServiceI went to Tenleytown Ace Hardware purchase some Benjamin Moore Regal Ceiling paint. Ace Hardware is one of the few stores that carry this brand, so I went to the closest one. The price for this paint was reasonable and the location is near the metro, as well as having free one-hour parking, but the store is exceptionally small and the staff was no more helpful or friendly than when I’ve shopped at Home Depot or Lowes.
In fact, my experience from both the guy who helped me with my paint and the cashier… were both average at best. Neither gave me exceptional service nor were overly helpful and friendly. If anything, they were a little less “friendly” with me….maybe I was asking the wrong questions…who knows.
Anyway, I’ve had better and worse customer service at Home Depot and Lowes, so I guess it just depends who you get.
Strange store.
Strange store. I wanted to shop for flashlights, but found they were locked up. I believe that if they need to lock up their flashlights, it’s probably not a safe environment. Why bother? I’d do better to just shop on line.
