The Surgery was a nightmare at Strax Rejuvenation
I am completely depressed after looking at the results and devastated to feel the agony because of the unprofessionalism I was shown during the surgery. When I consulted the doctor at the Strax Rejuvenation, I was asked to complete few tests. After the test results arrived, I was given a date for my lipo surgery. I was very keen to see the results. But, it was a shame.
On the day of my surgery, I called these people to ensure the time and availability of the doctor. They said that the surgery will happen on time and the doctor was on the way to the hospital. So, I called the office and asked them for the leave. I straight away went to the clinic for the big day. These guys made me wait for 2 hours. After 2 hours, I was informed that the doctor won’t be available.
I am always prepared and likes to be sure about things. When I called in the morning to check the availability, I wanted these people to provide me straight answers which they failed to do. After making me wait for 2 hours, they suddenly felt that the procedure was not possible that day. So, I got agitated and started calling few people. I also tried the doctor’s number which he had shared during consultation.
After few hours, I was informed that the doctor would be coming for the surgery. So, I waited again. After long hours of wait, the doctor finally arrived. I remember, he did not even mark the area from where he had to take away the fat. I was given sedatives.
Before I went to sleep, I remember him calling my name to ensure that I was not listening. After the surgery, I was not attended at all. I was supposed to be the first patient for the day the surgery was scheduled, and I became the only patient.
I had to call them and email them for scheduling follow ups. The surgery was done few months back and I do not see any changes. It seems as if the doctor never took away the fat. I asked for a meeting with the doctor few weeks back. I also sent them my before and after pics that seemed completely alike. But, these people seem as if they don’t care.
Few years back, I had my tummy tuck done at a different surgeon clinic and the results were awesome. I did call him to schedule for my lipo and he was unavailable for a week. In haste, I chose this clinic and ended up being cheated. These guys are cheats. They scammed me. I was not taken care of. And, when I asked for reimbursement, I was made to look guilty. These guys blamed me for everything and I had a very bitter experience at their clinic.
I am sharing this experience so that no one else get cheated. I would share this message as much as possible to warn people of these fraudsters.

It’s been 2.5 yrs since my breast lift. Dr E completed the surgery. I am very satisfied. This Dr was sooo honest with me. I thought I needed breast implant, however he told me that this was not necessary as I had enough tissue. Well, he was on point!!!!
No complaints about the Staff nor Dr. Dean !!!
Had my Lipo with Fat Transfer with Dr.Dean April 2nd. So this make Post Op Day 5. I must in all honesty surgery went well .. my shape is starting to form. Pain isn’t as bad long as you stay committed to your meds!!! Downtime far as not being able to sit on my butt is what I would consider the worse part. But overall all is well !!!!!

I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results. I read the other reviews and I’m like WHAT??? It can’t be the same place. Everyone was nice, accommodating., and friendly. I’ve received so many compliments from friends and turned a few heads(that hasn’t happened for the past few years), I am forever grateful to Dr. Erogul , he did an amazing job!!!

I am revising my review due to the company addressing my problem and fixing it properly. I had a breast aug in January that ended up with two lopsided breasts as of May. I had revision surgery and so far they look amazing.
Dr Hamm did a great job on the revision and I couldnt be more happy. The owner even came in to speak with me when he realized how upset I was with the original aug. Overall the wait time at the office is a little crazy especially right after tax season and they are a little unorganized but total worth it in the end.
The surgery center in Lauderhill was amazing and the staff were all super friendly. Again, I am very happy with the results and would have Dr Hamm do my surgery again anytime.

RUN DON’T WALK FROM HERE! Botched injection of Radiesse has me not even able to see out of my left eye and it was 4 days ago. They said this is “normal” …
I think not, went to dermatologist and said they should not be handling needles…..let alone sticking them in faces………TO MANY good choices out there…do not purchase groupon!

horrible experience ..they completely violated my hippa rights. left me there waiting for two hours in pain and never bothered to call my husband after surgery leaving him out in the loop..runnnnn!! they are all good when they want your money but has nothing to do with you after…nurses are dumb..

This place is a SCAM and hope people who care to do research will be ou the clients who lost money and had no procedure done. Instead they send me a bill for $3440 . I was laying on surgical table with an IV on and ready to go surgery when they demanded $1800 cash to continue the process.
I was devastated how can I pay this amount when I had no wallet with me. They are unprofessional…they use different names to hide from law suits and they owe me $2500 for the deposit. Please please pay more and save your life. Get someone who has excellent reputation.

but she seemed mad I hadn’t gone to her for a year, why push for more by saying i looked awful for a product that’s not reversible, in past she alwasy said do one adn in 2 weeks you can see to add more, so i mentioned why this time she insisted on 2,
i believe her and now i hae no lips, a straight line and look like halloween, i have a public job, i m horrified and can leave house, it s not reversible, she did tll me that, on my way out i heard her calling someone saying she was low on juviderm, guess thats why she pushed me to radiesse, radiesse is not the equivilent of restayle

i did not know , as i went in for restayle or juviderm and got switched, i sign waiver without reading as i believed her, worse thing to do, how can you use a non reversible product so haphazardly? you wont keep or get new clients like this destroying a womans face,,,,,
worse i calle 5 times and not one response, cant be bother with you after they ruin your life, she got 400 more for extra filler, and ruined my face for over a year,,,to them thats worth it, ,they have your # on call id I think and wont speak to you this place only wants money stay away

Awful, i did fillers before here without problem so i went back asking for one syringe o restyle was told radiesse, that my face was falling and i needed 2 syringe,
i only wanted a little fill in nasal folds yet was told i needed cheeks too and was convinced and pushed to get 2 syringe and not told that radiesse is not reversible, i insisted i wanted a slight change and was assured i would have slight change, i was told same thing as juvaderm or restyalyne, also got belatero in smoker lines,
well i have and, its blue and i have worse joker smile ever i cant even go to work, my mouth is a straigh line with a m on top, i read now radiesses is irreversible, the joker smile is from over fill, i kept saying i think i need only one syringe, and not even full of belatero, cud she do one and just little belatero in lip rest in folds, she said no i needed it
