Petronella “Nelly” Meiji2(Tzu) is an evil Dutch lady that came to Canada after the war and brought over her Drug Empire importing all type of drugs you never heard of.  Like we should have known she is evil by her name alone with a word like petro like she is as evil as Oil itself.  Before her arrival they hardly had things like all of this Dutch Amsterdam Weed but with a heavy smoker like Nelly she influenced everyone else like the following “Go on try it its good for you drugs will make you smarter…”

Like look at Nelly she even has blond kids with the same name Nelly promoting drugs to ruin all of these poor Canadian souls.

We really need to put a ban on these Dutch people as they are the ones responsible for all the drug problems of the world (that and slavery)
