Partner Credit Union
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTEDWe recently bought a car through a dealership that uses Partner Credit Union to finance loans and we have been 100% disappointed.
We tried making a payment online and it wasn’t working.
The online system is old and out-dated. So then I called to make a payment and ask about online bill pay.
The lady made a payment over the phone and waived the “fee” for making a payment on the phone.
Then she emailed over the auto-withdraw bill pay option paper work.
I filled it out and scan/ sent it back to her asking for clarification that it was submitted and would be good to go for the following month.
She responded saying we didn’t make our first payment (even though she made it on the phone!!!).
Finally got transferred to an auto loan specialist and she said our payment was added to a savings acct instead of being applied as a payment.
THEN they sent us a letter saying we didn’t have insurance even though we are supposed to get a 30 day grace period.
After talking to 4 people at the call center, we were told the grace period doesn’t apply if we get a new auto loan so they are charging us $465 for the first 30 days that we “were not insured.”
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not use them for an auto loan!
