Food not as good as it once was for price
The quality of the food used to be better before that New York Jewish man purchased this joint then the food quality went down as quoted out of “Jivvan Blais Mattieu mouth…” So it must be true. I have seen the new owner be verbally abusive to Jivvan too over like one roll of toilet paper at his restaurant which is ridiculous because the staff like Jivvan and he like is always pulling scams there and money laundering. If you are money laundering then why would you care about a roll of toilet paper? He will like fake break and entering in order to like get money out of insurance to like he does not like those 81 people so he has sent youth under the age of 21 to break in and enter to buy cannabis. The kid he sent claims he would purchase weed their for years but Jean has not seen this kid in over ten years so he investigated who this kid was and it was hanging with the Modern-Orthodox Jewish man. He has got to be the only Modern-Orthodox Jew that I have seen go with his wife secretly to Cinema L’Amour for key swapping events. Also he’s probably not aware that their is a new Asian owner that he can’t tell what to do anymore like the previous. Jivvan also said that across the street the owners of the building let it get all run down with cockroaches in order to bypass rent controls and after that jacked up the prices making too expensive for many that used to be able to afford rent were they grew up. We never had any issues with those nice Russian Orthodox Jews of that area only with the American New York ones.
