Got ripped off on my order
I ordered four clones online, on sept 25. Never received anything nor did I hear any information regarding it from company. I have sent numerous emails to company and still no response. I was given an order number when I purchased it. Also through a etransfer which I now know not to do because you can’t track it. I was not given a tracking number for my shipments or nothing. It is now Oct 28 alittle over a month and still have not heard anything. As well as getting ripped off 230.00$. This is a very shady company…DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS…

Not Happy About Order
I have ordered in the past, and was successful. However, this time my order is overdue. I logged into the site and my past orders–including my most recent order!–have disappeared. The “Contact Us” page us a 404 Not Found. I sent an e-transfer, so the cash is gone 2+ weeks ago. Not feeling very happy about this, especially after finding this site 🙁
UPDATE To My Above Post
I posted the above comments, and am pleased to provide a *positive* update. This company is not a scam, because as I mentioned above, I have ordered from them over the past few years. I was able to find the Contact email on this page, so I did write to them as well, and I received a response. And YES I did receive my clones and they are happily growing after travelling across the country 🙂
My guess is that OLC is experiencing growing pains, because the orders of the last 2 years have been quite delayed (over 2 weeks wait before order is processed).

Hi Michael your order was received 04/13/2023 it was prosed the next day. You received an automated email to let you know your order was being prosed. You email us to confirm and we confirmed your order with you via email. Prosing time is 2 weeks. which you where aware of when ordering. We sent you another Updated with your Tracking number on April 30th. your order was shipped on the Monday May 1st and received on May Second 2nd you received your order 18 days after placing we ship every Monday -Wednesday. We answered your email and sent you notification. i have also reached out to you in regards to your order and review that you have left. we take pride in our work we are not perfect but we do what ever it takes to make things right and make sure you are taken care of. I assume your plants are doing fine because i have reached out to you with no response.

Your order date was 04/13/2023 your order was delivered to your door May 2 at 11:16 am 18 days after you made your order. Prosing time is 14 days or 2 weeks and we shipped on Monday and you received it on the Tuesday. I also upgraded your shipping from regular to express so you would receive it a day faster. I have reached out to you in regards to your review. you have not responded once i assume your plants are doing fine.

Rip off
Bought clones Christmas Day as they were a gift and I’m yet to revive them last year couldn’t find my address in Canada post and I sent it to him n I have yet to hear back.

I got my clones from online clones I don’t know how this got on here onky clone site I ever ordered from and didn’t get clones was Canada clones consulting so I don’t know how the mix up happened but I def got my clones so if you can take down the review and post this real one thanks I can provide a picture of my clones for people to see.
Canada clone consulting a scam!!!
Ordered clones from c.c.c. says to allow 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I emailed them. Got a response right away saying they are to be sent asap. It’s over a month now and no response. Shawn Millar is the name that accepted my etransfer. Theses guys are a scam with zero accountability.

Sole me clones with aphid eggs on them
Bought oreo bigstuff clones from this company back in April. They ended up having aphid eggs on them and almost destroyed my entire grow. A few of the eggs hatched and I had to spray everything with anti pest soap and water.

Hey Ryan we take very high care to insure we don’t have these issues. Every plant is under a strict integrated pest management program and inspected before sent out. If you had an issue with your order when you recived we offered a warranty on such items to make sure everyone is taken care of.

I talked to admin at onlineclones and they were more than friendly. Offered to replace the clones in question.
Rip Off
Ordered 4 clones recieved 3 left email after email for almost a week requesting the 4th be shipped never heard back from this guy. I ordered from him last year they all arrived in death shape he got pissy and called me directly where he got even more pissy. Have some respect for the people who support you bud or you won’t last long, word gets around fast these days.

No issues
I before I ordered I looked up the reviews on onlineclones.ca I noticed some on redit and dirty scam. I emailed the company to see if they are ligit. I had my email answered the next day. After looking at the reviews I noticed that they had some issues but where resolved. I placed my order and the recived 2 extra clones. Ordered on Monday one week later clones arrived. In great shape.

I have delt with this company on numer of occasions and they have been nothing but professional. Any of these reviews are false. I recive all my orders within 2 weeks. I had an issue once with plants coming dead and the company replaced them that week for me. Iam not sure why someone would put such a review up on them

Definitely not satisfied with the service
I ordered from onlineclones.ca and had a tracking number. They said they got the order but their system said the etransfer did not come through. I cancelled the etransfer and reordered. Originally I was told that when you order a 4 pack that you are given an extra one. I did not get the extra one and the ones I did get had mostly dead leaves. I will not order from them again as I believe they are a scam. When you press the Contact Us button, it keeps saying page not found, so I can’t even complain

Dead Plants
We have been trying to get ahold of someone and no reply. We just got 4 plants. It took a long time and the plants were dead when they arrived. We are out $197.00 CAD. Sent e=mails that includes pictures of the dead plants.
