This is the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with! I gave them all of my information and they pulled my credit bureau, after which I was told that I would receive a phone call the following Monday(3days out).

The persons Name was Matt Kelly. I never got a call back and it has been almost 3 weeks!

I have called his phone at least 30 times and left voicemails with no call back.

Then I was contacted by another person that worked for the company by the name of Breon.

All I received was a text asking if I wanted to look at houses, no explanation as to why I was never contacted back by Matt.

I tried to call him to talk with him and he will not answer any my phone calls either.

The pull on my credit has dinged my credit and now I’m forced to find another mortgage company to work with.

Most unprofessional company ever!
