I'll assume the company has no intention of rectifying the situation.I’ll allow the public to decide… see below email trail with NewRay Moving (read from bottom up). This started when I was asked to provide a Dirty Scam review
Unreal. Horrible customer service.
Dear John,
Thank you so much for your patience while we look into you feedback. Regarding the packing material , our sales team mentioned that it was not clearly communicated that you will be needing extra boxes. The team however continued to work while someone from the office brought the extra items. I’m sorry about the communication barrier with the other two member, however we try to keep communication through the foreman. However will take your comments into conseridation and train the team on basic communication. Other then the foreman we don’t really english from our helpers based on the nature of the business that we do.
We can offer you a discount for your next move or if any of your family members are moving.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback. As well as your positive and kind words about Delvert. He is one of our jewels and will surely make sure to reward him.
I can totally understand how frustrating it can be to deal with all language barrier from the other team members. I will most certainly address this with the team. If you can please allow me sometime to do some follow up on your complaints and I will get back you by Tuesday.

Thank you for asking. So, some feedback.
The head guy, Delfort or delford was awesome and a saint. He deserves a bonus or son from the company. Do everything you can to recognize his performance and dedication.
The two non English speaking individuals you put on his team, while courteous and careful, slowed the operation by an hour at the very least… closer to two. The inability to discern basic instructions regarding simple location of items was frustrating at the very least.
Additionally, the truck showed up with no boxes or packing material other than blankets and shrink wrap. That added at least thirty minutes to the job perhaps up to an hour.
So, as a customer paying by the hour I’m less than pleased. I paid at least 2hrs more than was necessary.
I’ll await yours or the company’s response before going on Dirty Scam and other sites.
