It took months for me to receive an introductory offer in compromise. This letter highlighted the fees and what I expected from my client.
I was given to many associates, which meant I had to wait for basic questions and then get the wrong information.
This lousy information wronged me, and my problems remained delayed for months.
It was just that I felt small in a large pond. Complete loss of confidence and terrible communication
When I went to another company, my concerns were promptly addressed, and my questions were answered accurately. These thoughts were confirmed.
The IRS accepted my offer in compromise within one week. I received an engagement letter less than 24 hours after my initial contact explaining my situation.
I won’t name names. It might be different if you’re a more significant player than me and are not passed on to your Jr associates.
You should be fine if you only need to file simple returns. If you are a small player or need to fix tax mistakes from the past, I wouldn’t recommend this firm.
Price of their services is quite high
It’s not again. There are some talented young people around, but I found the price of their services pretty high overall.
After transferring my business to another company for a much lower price, I felt taken advantage of.
You’ll be glad to hand over your business ownership.
Then, hand them an extensive check. Open your eyes to those willing to spend big bucks becoming part of the Family.
