We purchased the Addie Dining table on October 22 2017. Promised delivery in 2 to 3 weeks
Called the Plano store after 3 weeks (sales guy was never in) spoke to the manager and was told sorry we had an issue and you will receive the item mid to end January 2018
Asked why I was not informed no answer.
How come when i place the order the item was in stock??? total lie. then 3 weeks later when i ask where my table is. the excuse is sorry we had an issue with the complete shipment that arrive a few day ago.

Said refund my money and recharge when the table is available. Told they cannot do that as to place the order it must be paid for in full.
So they are using my (and your money) to finance their business
Totally disgusting store and service.
Will never recommend them to anyone ever.

If you are thinking of buying from them good luck just make sure what you are being told is the truth.

  1. This is a bad business - do not waste your time or money

    Do not shop here! This business is terrible. They sold me 14 yards of cut yardage from three different dye lots. Remnants! They lied repeatedly about when and how they would replace the fabric.
    I finally gave up and asked for a refund but they have refused.
    It’s really a bad place with the world’s worst customer service.

    Dear Mr. Williams,
    I hope this letter finds you well and sitting comfortably, unlike me and my guests, who were forced to sit on the floor during our Christmas party due to the delayed delivery of our new couches.
    I am writing to bring to your attention a problem that I have encountered with my recent purchase from your store in Natick, MA. Over the past three years, I have spent over $30,000 in your store and have been a loyal customer. However, my recent experience has left me feeling like I should have just gone with the floor seating option from the start.
    My wife and I purchased two couches from your store, and the salesperson, June Stefancyk, promised that they would be delivered on December 22, in time for our Christmas party. Unfortunately, this did not happen and we were not even notified about the delay. After repeatedly trying to reach June for an update, we were given a new delivery date of January, which has now been pushed back to February, and possibly even March.
    To summarize, we were promised a delivery within four months, and it looks like it will take closer to seven months, a 60% error on the time estimate. Furthermore, our salesperson, June, was difficult to reach and did not provide updates on our order. Her customer service was lacking and she lied to me about having no updates. Please see emails below.
    I run my own business I understand the importance of providing excellent service and timely deliveries, and I would never treat my customers the way June treated me.
    I kindly request that you expedite the delivery of our couches, and address the issue of customer service with June. I hope to receive a prompt response.

    The products are beautiful but the customer support leaves much to be desired. I wished I had read all the reviews before purchasing as some of the issues mentioned here seem to be a regular pattern. Beware of any large item that needs to be disassemble and reassemble again such as beds and large sofas.

    I bought the Butler platform bed and it had to be disassembled and reassembled on site because it didn’t fit through the elevator but no one informed me, at the time of purchase, that it was a possibility considering we live in old apartment buildings.

    The whole process was a nightmare and it just took away the joy and excitement of getting new furniture and making your home look beautiful.

    Its been over two months and no one know when my sofa is coming, they keep telling me there is a delay but no one knows, i feel like they missed the order therefore they just did when i called to see the status.
    Seems that it will take 4 months for delivery since I purchased.

    Bought two leather sofas, 2 years ago and the leather has already worn through, $12,000 and horrendously poor quality – don’t buy a leather sofa from this brand. No kids and no animals just the two of us in the property, I have had numerous leather furniture over the years and have never experienced such a bad product as this – buyers beware !

  7. I think we might have returned the items we bought that day.

    I went in the DC store last weekend to check if they had replenished the showroom with the sofas/chairs that we were interested in ordering. I had been told two weeks prior that they were expecting the new pieces to arrive shortly.

    Unfortunately they were not in the store when we went back to take advantage of the last day of the sale. We decided to proceed with the order because we didn’t think it was necessary to come back a fourth time. While our previous experiences in the store were uneventful,

    I was shocked at how rude one salesperson had been to us at the time of purchasing two items.

    I ordered a number of Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams items for our new Condo. The pre-sales service I experienced was what you would expect from a high end brand, however beware when the furniture arrived the sofas were no where near the colour from the leather swatch we selected from and the after sales service was appalling,

    They use the disclaimer on the back of the leather sample to allow them to provide a different colour and tone. Their main office ignore emails and when eventually respond decline to help. I would warn any purchaser to take extreme care as there are no guarantees the leather sofa you think you are going to receive is any where near what you will receive!

  9. Would never do it again.

    Service and sales people are good. Very poor quality products. Don’t do it. Go somewhere else. We invested more than 7k in a sectional. The two sections did not align, we let that go. We had to have someone come out and install connectors to hold the pieces together. The pillows have become round shaped and are uncomfortable. The corner cushion sinks low at one and and you end up sideways. We let it all go. When a major squeak developed every time you sat we had had enough.

    The were good enough to offer to replace it. T day the new one arrived and we sent it back even before it got off the truck. The bottom fabric was torn everywhere. One more chance, and one more phone call and one more day sitting around for them to come is all I am willing to do at this point. If they cant get it right, everything goes back. Would never do it again.
