Apartment rent scamI was searching for a new accommodation in my city. I found a nice advertisement, and decided to connect with the landlord. Since “they were not in the city now”, they offered me to use https://www.homeaway.com/ for the first month booking. Apparently, they had created a phishing website, that looks absolutely identical except some almost unnoticeable changes in the web link – http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fhomeaway.com.apartment-rental-p7392517.info%2Findex.php%2Froom%2FHA-4OYlR37&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHNlH0x4ArzaQtoeDUjqLFPoae3Bg. Since it looked really trustworthy, I transferred the money. Enclosed you can find all the details of payment – it looks that the real name is HAMPAU SEBASTIAN.
Two days after, I found out that it was scamming – I’ve got notifications from the website where I was searching for an apartment.
And the bank account details he offers to use are
