Over time my wife and I met with Jessica Leiper from Axis Family Resources quite frequently as we are guardians of youth in which Ms. Leiper coordinated within within Axis. Initially she seemed ok yet off putting in general because of the her gossiping manner. We quickly lost faith and respect for this person as she often spoke very negatively, unkind if not malicious about the staff that worked directly with our serviced youth. We learned that when these occasions of gossip occured, what followed was the person in which she spoke about would no longer be working with our youth. We later discovered that Ms. Leiper had each time indicated that is was my wife and/or I who were displeased when it was in fact Ms. Leiper herself. It is a little difficult to describe because it is manipulative and be very deceitful on the part of Ms. Leiper to engage in such behaviour. My wife and I were always very pleased with the staff who worked with our youth. Ms. Leiper engaged in this behaviour and it encouraged and created high turnover which she turns around and attributes high turn over to guardian folks dislike of resource/care giver staff.  High staff turnover, the constant churn of different staff is not in the best interest of any kids or youth.
