Took away my purchasing powerfor no reasonI earned a purchase card from Klarna. The limit I could charge was $257.00. I made a monthly payment toward the balance owed. I am in good standing and a long-time customer with no late fees, and not past due!
I charged several orders in the last week and found out that I needed medical equipment and supplies for my health reasons, so, I canceled most of the orders so I could purchase the medical supplies I needed.
So, instead of having a balance back on my Klarna card from the refunds/credits from the canceled orders, Klarna decided to take away my purchasing power. I contacted customer service and they could not help me and just apologized.
This is so wrong just to take away my credit limit just because. I feel cheated and upset that a company like Klarna could treat their good customers rudely and poorly.
I am filing this complaint because I feel Klarna needs to bring my limit back to where it should be, $257.00. I need an explanation for this unfair treatment they gave me.
I am not the only customer they have done this too. I have read other complaints posted from other long time customers too.
