I ordered one for my husband. He was having a hard time dealing with the baldness and the affected area was growing gradually. After trying healthy diet plan, biotins and vitamins and many other treatments, I thought of giving iRestore laser hair growth a chance. I had read about the wonderful reviews and as laser treatments are highly effective, I trusted this thing to work.
So, I ordered this for my husband and it reached us on time. When we first tried to turn it on, it did not power up. I did all the troubleshooting that was written on the device and nothing worked at all. We consulted the company and were given another device. Thankfully, we were able to make it work this time.
Then the treatment started. We have to travel a lot because of our job. But, instead of that, my husband carried it with him to every damn place he visited. He never missed even a single day using this device. After a week, he started feeling a sense of itching, but we ignored it thinking a good sign. We believed that it was all because of blood circulation. He continued using it. Then the severe headache started. It was just after a couple of weeks of use.
He still continued using it as we were not sure about the cause. A headache started growing. Instead of bothering him at times, it started staying all the time. This was when we started doubting iRestore laser hair growth device. We consulted the doctor and he suggested that we stop using the device for few days and see if there was any change in the pain.
As suggested, we did it. He did not use that device with beautiful lights for few days and it did help him. The pain started going down. The itching also stopped. After two months of use, we were highly disappointed by the device. It was not just the baldness which did not get any better, but the health risk that was not highlighted when we purchased this product.
I went to check the detailed review and found that many people had stated about the inefficiency of the product to help them in re-growing the hair. Some also had reported that the product increased their problem even more. In short, their hair fall surged after using this product.
We were very unhappy to see the reviews. We were very optimistic about the product but when it did not do anything better, instead made it even worse, we decided to throw it out of the house. It still stays in the garage where no one uses it.
iRestore should not use false advertising to promote its product. And, if there is any health risk connected to the device, they should list that on the product. Otherwise, they should be risking the lives of their customers. I would suggest not to buy this product at all. This company is no different from the other fake companies providing useless products at a high price tag. Save your money and save yourself.

I have been using the Irestore professional for six months and I haven’t seen any results so I called customer service to start a return and get my refund I was told that I would receive an email in 48 hours I get hear from then so I called again someone from Irestore reached out and tried to get me to try the item for a year i refused the offer so they sent me another email offering me their shampoo and conditioner for free I was supposed to have already received the shampoo and conditioner from Amazon when I purchased it but I never got those items so I again refused stating that I just would like my refund and I haven’t heard back from them it seems to me that Irestore is not going to honor their money back guarantee that they PROMISED.

I have bought the device 1 year ago after watching YouTube reviews which i guess it turns out tha majority are paid to do that, beware of the side effects of the device.
First i have got severe headaches but later i realized that it impacted a part that is crucial to my body, MY EYES, I’m diagnoses with corneal inflammation keratitis and the device made it worse. please consider this as a major red flag. when i stopped doing the helmet my eyes got stable but i reused the device and guess what, it makes my sights worse and maybe i will have to re order a new lenses for that. I don’t know weather the company didn’t test the device before for people with this kind of diseases. so be aware of that!!!!!
This company should not be in business
The device came defective and to return the device 1st I had to pay for the return shipping, 2nd was charged with 18% restocking fee. Apparently they restock defective devices. While troubleshooting the problem with the helmet an employee sent a picture where he holds the device and he had dirty hands with stuff under his nails. Nothing is wrong with having hardworking hands, but that’s just tells you that probably same person works in the warehouse and deals with Costumer service emails. Looks like a SCAM all over it. They make money on people who miss the return window and on “restocking” fees.
Don’t waste your money.
So disappointed. Used this product every other day for just short of one year and NO new hair and so when I tried to get in on that promise of satisfaction, they didn’t back it. It was purchased new from Walmart and appeared to have been sold with that warranty! What a crock. Out $600 and a year of wasted time.
I had seen them on some u tubers channel, and they had said it worked for them. I went to the website to order and checked out their prices for the I restore pro. Being at such a high price tag, I had given my email to sign up and get an additional $350 off. Initially, I was going to purchase it next month when I had the funds . Within two days of signing up, they have repeatedly emailed and even called me. I found this approach very aggressive and explained to the lady on the phone that I would be purchasing later. After reading these reviews, it makes sense .
No risk effort to restore hair
I bought the irestore laser pro from the website and used it faithfully for an entire year as required to qualify for the refund. While, unfortunately, the product did not work for me, the customer service was great. I requested a refund and I was given a return label the same day. I had kept all the original packaging and returned the helmet. Within a week I had my refund to my credit card. I was told by customer service that the product works for many people, but not everyone. It would have been well worth the money if it had worked for me, but it was risk free and my experience was positive.
I bought it through Amazon and was able to get a refund, luckily.
It gave me a headache within a couple of minutes of using it. I think the causes were those rubber prongs pushing against my temples (which is the only way to wear it), and maybe even the lights themselves.
Their customer service is a scam
The do not honor their refund policy and it takes a least a day to get the customer service to answer one question and then if you asked another later, it will take another day… basically this is a really inefficient company who does not honor their promise. Their management team does not seem to care either.
