Great when you buy something HomeGoods – Rude and unethical when you return. I bought an item (toy) and the next day I returned it- with the receipt. There was no sticker but I assured her it was on the receipt and showed her the item. She decided to put another cheaper toy to refund me.

So unethical – I told her you are charging me the cheaper toy and it’s not the one I bought. The odd and unethical part- she wasn’t even trying to tell me the incorrect amount AND she kept misquoting my item – as if I am blind or something.

Dear Meka please learn some customer service skills and please don’t take personally and be rude when customers return items. Oh and don’t nickel and dime people during the holidays or ever.
